As a Sales Officer at Alappattu Gold, you are the first point of contact for customers looking to sell their old gold. Your role involves gold evaluation, price negotiation, and closing sales with integrity and care, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and explain the old gold buying process.
Evaluate gold using company-approved methods and equipment.
Provide fair and competitive rates based on real-time gold prices.
Convince and close deals while maintaining transparency.
Manage documentation, KYC verification, and transaction processes accurately.
Maintain branch cleanliness, gold safety, and customer records.
Promote Alappattu Gold’s trust-based service model.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma; diploma or degree in commerce is a plus.
1–2 years of sales experience; gold/jewelry experience preferred.
Good communication and basic math skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
