Job Summary:
As an Assistant Sales Manager at Alappattu Gold, you will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, training team members, managing branch operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving walk-in conversions and building trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of the sales team and gold buying center.
Drive sales targets and support the team to achieve individual and branch goals.
Train and mentor sales officers in customer engagement, gold valuation, and sales ethics.
Handle key customers and resolve escalated issues.
Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and financial procedures.
Report performance metrics to management regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in gold, jewelry, or financial services.
